As of October 4, 2014, I am proud to say that I have officially completed exactly 365 days of being a total vegetarian. Originally a person who would be able to eat a chicken wing in the blink of an eye, not only have I not touched it since last year, but I haven't even had the craving for it. Still not sure exactly why I am currently doing this, but I will keep it up for as long as I can :) In all honesty, I don't yet consider myself a vegetarian; I feel like I haven't been doing it for long enough, and I don't know when I may start again. One of my biggest pet peeves is when people say that they are a "vegetarian for the week" or some other phrase along those lines. No. You are not vegetarian for the week. You are just not eating meat for a consecutive seven days. That's all.
