I have a few goals for this year, and I decided if I write it down I can be held accountable when it doesn't happen (kidding...).
I have also made a spreadsheet to track smaller, daily goals -- 10,000 steps, healthy meals, waking early, etc. Hopefully I follow through. I have a strong feeling that it's going to be a good year. |
